I bought Premium but features didn't unlock. What should I do?

This is usually caused by Apple/Google sync delay. Try the following in order:

  1. Fully close the app and reopen it
  2. Settings → tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. If still not visible, restart your device

If none of these work, email us — include a receipt screenshot. We'll verify and activate manually.

How do I delete my account?

From within the app: Settings → "Delete Account".

This action is irreversible; all your data is deleted from our system within 24 hours (KVKK Articles 7 and 11).

Why are your predictions sometimes wrong?

Our predictions are probability-based — not certain outcomes. For example, "80% probability Over 2.5" means in 100 similar matches, 80 would have Over 2.5. The other 20% may have a different result.

We recommend looking at the long-term scorecard average: Home → Top Picks → "Success Rate".

A single match result does not reflect the system's accuracy. An average of 65–77% accuracy over 100+ predictions is normal.

I want to export my data (KVKK Article 11)

Under KVKK Article 11, you may request your data by writing to [email protected]. We will send it in JSON format within 30 days.

Note: The request must come from the email address associated with your account (identity verification).

Can I use this for betting?

Under Turkish law, Match Analyze does not contain betting odds. We provide statistics, AI probability predictions, and analysis only. We are not a betting platform.

Why are there no predictions for a specific league?

Match Analyze covers 30+ European leagues plus competitions worldwide. For some smaller leagues or rare fixtures, the prediction system may not yet be active.

Email us with the league you'd like added and we'll add it to the prioritization plan.

The app won't open / keeps crashing

Try the following:

  1. Fully close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Delete and reinstall the app (your data is tied to your account, it won't be lost)

Tahminleriniz neden bazen yanlış çıkıyor?

Tahminlerimiz olasılık bazlıdır — kesin sonuç değil. Örneğin "%80 olasılıkla 2.5 ÜST" demek, 100 benzer maçta 80'inde 2.5 üst olur demektir. Yine de %20 olasılıkla farklı sonuç olabilir.

Uzun vadede karne ortalamasına bakmanızı öneririz: Anasayfa → Top Picks → "Success Rate".

Tek bir maç sonucu sistemin doğruluğunu yansıtmaz. 100+ tahmin üzerinden ortalama %65-77 başarı normaldir.

Bahis oynamak için kullanabilir miyim?

Match Analyze, Türkiye yasaları gereği bahis veya oran içermez. Sadece istatistik, yapay zeka olasılık tahminleri ve analiz sunarız. Bahis platformu değiliz.

Belirli bir lig için tahmin neden yok?

Match Analyze 30+ Avrupa ligi + dünya liglerinden günlük tahmin sağlar. Bazı küçük ligler veya nadir karşılaşmalar için tahmin sistemi henüz aktif olmayabilir.
